FarStone Inks Deals with China Telecom and HiNet for Personal Disaster Recovery; Recovery Software Pegged as Competitive Edge for Subscriber Retention

FarStone has signed agreements with China Telecom Ltd. and HiNet Internet Services (Taiwan) to offer personal disaster recovery to over 8.3 million customers as a monthly subscription service. Seeking to build their subscriber bases and premium services to grow revenues beyond standard subscriptions, FarStone will provide both ISPs with RestoreIT xSP software technology, program development, and other services.
